Ginger has been used for centuries in cooking and medicine. From Ancient Asia to modern cultures. ginger travelled a long road of wonders. From whole fresh to powdered, crystalized or pickled, plant or simply raw, ginger is the solvent key to many health issues. I’m not a doctor and I don’t use fancy words that I can barely remember, but I can remember that a ginger tea can soothe an upset stomach and nausea (recipe to follow) or it can improve blood flow.

And this is how you do it.
Ginger Facial scrub
(adjust quantities as needed)
Add 4 oz of Epsom Salt or Coarse Sea Salt
Moist with 1 tablespoon of lime juice
Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.
To use on your face or body.
How to enjoy a cup of fresh ginger tea?
To 1 cup of boiled water, add 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger. Sprinkle some nutmeg or cardammon and enjoy.
