Fresh spring fruits and veggies deserve respect and good company. This simple salad takes care of both and adds a wow factor to any meal.
5-6 strawberries, sliced
1/2 lb candied walnuts
1 box (5 oz) of ready to eat spring mix with spinach
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil cold pressed
Put the spring mix in a bowl, add sliced strawberries and candied walnuts. Mix it with balsamic vinegar and oil.
