Summer Squash Salad


This is a colorful and tasty alternative to coleslaw.

  • Prep: 15 min. + chilling

Ingredients

Directions

  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini, squash and radishes. In a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all remaining ingredients; shake or mix well. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  1. Un gust de proaspat, de primavara, mai ales cui ii place mararul, e super buna si sanatoasa. Va spun sincer pentru ca am mincat, asa ca va rog sa ma credeti.
